Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any cosmetics once they have been opened or used.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us!

If you’re not happy with a shade (such as foundation or lip color), we encourage you to:

 

• Mix it with another shade you already own for a custom match. We’ll even share some pro tips to help!

• Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send you a one-time discount code to use on your next purchase.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at: Admin@blessedandhighlyfavoredcosmetics.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
