Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any cosmetics once they have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at: Admin@blessedandhighlyfavoredcosmetics.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
